APPLICATIONS WILL BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ONE YEAR

It will be your responsibility to return a completed application with all information and copies submitted clearly legible. Incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected.

You will need to include the following material with your completed application:

  1. Copy of your High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate

  2. Copy of your Florida Driver’s License

  3. Copy of your FL State Firefighter II Certificate of Compliance

  4. Copy of your FL EMT License or Paramedic License

  5. Copy of your Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT), within one year of application

  6. Copy of Tobacco Affidavit Notarized

  7. Copies of any certificates of training relative to the position applied for, including current AHA or Red Cross BLS Card. 

  8. Copy of your military preference in appointment and retention under Chapter 295.07 F.S., if applicable.

Failure to provide the above information could result in the denial of your application.

Probation Period:                    One Year

Working Hours:                       24 Hour Shift Work
