  • The application process must be done through the Lee County Property Appraiser – www.leepa.org

  • The Property Appraiser is responsible for approving or denying a homeowner’s eligibility for a refund based on the application.

  •  The application and documentation must be received by the Property Appraiser’s Office by April 3, 2023.
