The South Trail Fire & Life Safety Bureau performs activities designed to reduce the risk of fire to life and property, thereby enhancing the safety of residents and visitors to the District. In 2022 the Prevention Bureau conducted 7,531 inspections, 819 plans reviewed, 126 water flow tests, 27 fire investigations, responded to 340 incidents/public service actions, and completed over 187 hours of training.
