Sophomore Lane Structure Fire . . .

January 12, 2010 - C Shift

Dispatched at 9:55.  Upon arrival Engine 62 found smoke coming from eaves and ridge vents. 
On scene: ST-1(Command), Battalion 60 (Operations), Battalion 62 (Safety), Eng. 62 (Div 1A), Eng. 64 (Div 1B),
Ladder 63 (Div E), Eng. 61 and Bayshore FD Tender assisted with water supply.
ST-6 investigated the fire and determined a malfunction of the water heater in the attic area.
